The success of your safety program, and ultimately, the safety of all employees, rests on your ability not only to inform, but also to influence. You will learn to make an impact, create presentations that motivate leaders to act, handle tough questions and improve your delivery. We focus on mastering the Decker Grid™ as a way to quickly organize your thoughts and present them in a way that means something to your listener.
